Weeklong events in Bucharest for feast day of St. Demetrius the New conclude

Week-long worshipful events and commemorations concluded in Bucharest on Thursday — as Oct. 27 marks the feast day of St. Demetrius the New, the protector and patron saint of the Romanian capital.
Clerics and volunteers offered snacks and water to the pilgrims that had arrived to venerate the Holy Relics of the saint at Bucharest’s Patriarchal Cathedral.
