Putin conveys best wishes to Russian Patriarch Kirill on occasion of National Unity Day

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday sent a message to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill, on the occasion of National Unity Day in the vast country.
The Russian leader expressed his best wishes for the Patriarch’s good health and success in his pastoral work, referring to “devotion to these supreme moral directives and values, the eternal tradition of honorable service to the homeland is a major legacy bestowed to us by our ancestors.”
