A plenary session of the Inter-Synodal Committee of the Russian Orthodox Church continued for a third straight day on Friday at the Cathedral of the Savior in Moscow, under the chairmanship of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill.
Pastoral issues were up for discussion on Friday, with one text entitled “On the Blessing of Orthodox Christians towards fulfilling their military obligations”.
