Patriarch of All Russian Kirill congratulates re-elected Bulgarian head of state

The Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill, this week extended his congratulations to Bulgarian President Rumen Radev over his re-election as the country’s head of state.
In a message, the Russian Patriarch referred to the fraternal ties between the Bulgarian and Russian people, who he said are linked by common Slavic roots and historical legacy, as well as a shared faith and Christian spiritual and moral values.
