Online con’f focusing on the Greek Revolution of 1821 continues

An online and multi-session conference focusing on the Greek Revolution of 1821, co-organized by the Holy & Great Monastery of Vatopedi and the Holy Metropolis of Nea Krinis and Kalamaria, continued on Thursday, with the sessions broadcast by the online platform Pemptousia.

Pemptousia today also live-streamed the arrival of a procession carrying the Honorable Head of Venerable Ieronymos Simonopetritis to cathedral of the Ascension, a glebe of the Mt. Athos Monastery of Simonos Petras, in the east Athens district of Vyronas.

The holy relic was received by the Metropolitan of Kesariani, Vyronas and Ymittos, His Eminence Daniel.
