Metropolis of Corfu organizes hierarchical con’f on topic of ‘Church After the Pandemic’

The Holy Metropolis of Corfu, Paxous and the Diapontian Isles on Tuesday organized the 19th annual Hierarchical Conference at the metropolis’s cultural center, and on the topic of “The Church After the Pandemic.”

The conference commenced with a Divine Liturgy at the St. Paraskevi cathedral in the center of the island’s capital, officiated by the Metropolitan of Corfu, His Eminence Nektarios.

The Metropolitan of Mesogea and Lavreotiki, His Eminence Nikolaos, was the keynote speaker, who detailed the pastoral responsibilities of bishops and clergy in the Church’s post-pandemic course.
