Memorial service for victims of communist-era Periprava labor camp in Danube Delta

A memorial service was held on Thursday by the Bishop of Tulcea, His Grace Vissarion, at the notorious Periprava labor camp in the Danube Delta, which was operated by the tyrannical Romanian communist regime for decades.
