Media reports on Tuesday pointed to an official visit to Athens next week by Turkey’s foreign minister, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
As reported mostly by Turkish media, the meeting will take place next Monday, where Çavuşoğlu and Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will discuss bilateral relations, and, just as importantly, prepare for a meeting in mid-June between the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, and Turkish President Tayyip Recep Erdogan, on the sidelines of a NATO summit.
