Latest single-day record of confirmed Covid-19 infections in Greece brings forth stricter measures

Another single-day record of Covid-19 infections in Greece was recorded a day earlier, on Wednesday, a development that brought forth stricter measures by the Greek government ahead of New Year’s Eve. The nearly 29,000 new infections are attributed to the prevalent and more contagious Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
As far as Church-going is concerned, the same public health precautions, restrictions and social distancing protocols apply as before.
