On 16th May 2021 His Eminence Archbishop Yieronda Makarios Tillyrides Kenyas celebrated Divine Liturgy at St John Chryostomos Oloitoktok.
“Fr. Tito Parmuats, Deacon Gerasmos Mavisi , sub deacons, brothers and sisters in Christ today is a special day during this resurrection period, we came all the way last night from Nairobi to celebrate Divine liturgy with you. I am rejoicing for I am standing infront of this beautiful church I hope before the end of the year I will come to consecrate this beautiful cathedral.
Fr am happy to see soo many Maasai origin in the church today i know it is not easy but continue evangelising and preaching the word of God in this beautiful area of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
