Greek Parliament remembers victims of genocide in Asia Minor

Greece’s Parliament on Tuesday commemorated the memory of the victims of the Greek genocide in Asia Minor, as Sept. 14 has been recognized since 1998 as a day of remembrance of the annihilation of thousands of years of Hellenic presence in Asia Minor by Turkish nationalist forces in 1922.
