Gorno Voden Monastery of Sts. Cyricus & Julitta commemorates feast day of mother and son martyrs

The feast day of Julitta & Kyrikos the Martyrs was commemorated on Thursday by the Patriarchate of Bulgaria, with the center of the celebration being the monastery dedicated to the mother and son martyrs, near the city of Asenovgrad.
Hundreds of pilgrims from around the country filled the monastery’s catholicos, or main church, and surrounding courtyards to commemorate and venerate the Holy Relics of the Saints, who achieved the crown of martyrdom for their faith.
