The exodios funeral service for Fr. Loukas of Vatopedi was held on Thursday at the Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi on Mount Athos. The Elder Loukas, born Panagiotis Dimakakos, reposed in the Lord on Wednesday at the age of 82.
The funeral service was officiated by the Elder Archimandrite Ephraim, the Abbot of the Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi.
