Feast of the Veneration of the Precious Cross of our Lord celebrated at Jerusalem Patriarchate

The Patriarchate of Jerusalem, a day earlier, the Third Sunday of the Holy and Great Lent, celebrated the Feast of the Veneration of the Precious Cross of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The Feast was first celebrated at the Patriarchate with a Great Vespers service on Saturday afternoon, according to the status quo order of “Parresias”, by the Patriarch of Jerusalem, His Most Godly Beatitude Theophilos III.
A Divine Liturgy was officiated at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on Sunday by the Patriarch of Jerusalem, with the con-celebration of several of the Patriarchate’s hierarchs and Elders, with a litany also taking place at the Holy Site.
