The Metropolitan of Syros, His Eminence Dorotheos, on Tuesday offered his blessing an inauguration ceremony for a new exhibition at the Archaeological Museum on the Cyclades island of Mykonos, which is dedicated to the bicentennial of the beginning of the Greek War of Independence.

The exhibition, entitled “The Aegean Archipelago is Burning”, was organized by the eforate of antiquities for the Cyclades islands, in cooperation with the municipality of Mykonos, and under the auspices of Greece’s president of the republic.

Finally, three weeks remain until the debut in Greece of the Hollywood film “Man of God”, based on the life and works of St. Nektarios of Aegina.
