European MEP von Cramon: Need for Serbian Orthodox cultural legacy in Kosovo & Metohija to be protected

European Parliament deputy Viola von Cramon, the body’s rapporteur for Kosovo, this week reiterated the need for the Serbian Orthodox cultural legacy in the Kosovo and Metohija to be protected and preserved, in statement during her visit to the historic Decani monastery.
The German MEP also called on the Kosovo Albanian regime to return land belonging to the monastery, as decided by a high court in the province in 2016, while underlining that tolerance and mutual respect is the essence of a multi-ethnic society.
