Ecumenical Patriarch from Imbros: ‘With the blessing and grace of God here today to celebrate Sunday of the Blind Man’

The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, on the Sunday of the Blind Man, officiated at the Divine Liturgy at the Church of St. George, in the large village of Agioi Theodoroi, on the northeast Aegean island of Imbros – His ancestral homeland.

The Ecumenical Patriarch pointed out that He wished to walk again in the sacred land of his sweet homeland, adding “…and with the blessing and grace of God this wish came true, and we are here today to celebrate the Sunday of the Blind Man.”
