Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew speaks by phone with faithful on Tenedos
The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, this week spoke by phone with ethnic Greek residents of the small northeast Aegean Island of Tenedos, and specifically during the annual New Year’s cake-cutting ceremony. The ceremony was also attended by local authorities.
