Church of Crete relief for quake-stricken on the large island

The Holy Eparchial Synod of the Church of Crete on Tuesday announced specific relief measures and assistance to quake-stricken residents of the large island.
A 5.8 on the Richter scale earthquake shook Crete on Monday morning, resulting in one death, several injuries and damages to dozens of buildings in the Arkalochori region of central Crete.
