Annual New Year’s Day Divine Liturgy commemorating Circumcision of our Lord in Sofia

The annual New Year’s Day Divine Liturgy commemorating the Circumcision of our Lord and the feast day of Basil the Great, Archbishop of Caesarea in Cappadocia, was held on Saturday at the Metropolitan Cathedral in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Patriarch of Bulgaria, His Holiness Neofyt, in his New Year’s message, extoled the faithful to enter 2022 with the intent of strictly adhering to God’s design for man, “…so that we may change ourselves and our world”.
