Greece’s president of the republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, arrived in the northern city of Serres on Tuesday in order to attend events commemorating the 108th anniversary of the area’s liberation by Greek forces.
The Greek president was welcomed at the Diocese by the Metropolitan of Serres and Nigrita, His Eminence Theologos.
