Holy Synod of Serbian Orthodox Church convenes in Karlovac

The Holy Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church convened on Thursday at the Patriarchate’s second see of Karlovac, under the chairmanship of the Patriarch of Serbia, His Holiness Porfirije.
His Holiness along with the Church’s bishops later walked through the city’s streets, touring several ecclesiastical monuments and subsequently visiting the seminary of St. Arsenius Sermec, where the Patriarch performed the blessing ceremony of an exhibition of historical documents and photographs.
