Ordination of Deacon in the Holy Land
The ordination of the Monk Anastasios Kirmitzakis to deacon was observed on Thursday during an all-night Vigil at the Church of Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem.
The ordination was officiated by Archbishop Isidoros of Hierapolis.
In the morning, the newly ordained Deacon paid his respects to the Patriarch of Jerusalem, His Most Godly Beatitude Theofilos III, and asked for His blessing.
