Feast day of Carpus, Papylus, Agathodorus and Agathonica, the Martyrs

The Church today venerates the memory of Carpus, Papylus, Agathodorus and Agathonica. The four martyrs were beheaded during the reign of Decius, amid widespread persecutions of Christians in the middle of the third century.
