Patriarch of Bulgaria’s encyclical commemorating beginning of Lent ahead of the Great feast of the Dormition

The Patriarch of Bulgaria, His Holiness Neofyt, in an encyclical commemorating the beginning of Lent ahead of the Great feast of the Dormition of our Most Holy Lady, the Theotokos and Ever Virgin Mary, referred to a role model, a defender and ally in the Faithfull’s daily struggle.

The encyclical was read out at all Orthodox parishes in Bulgaria.
