US Sen. French Hill visits Patriarchate of Jerusalem, received by Patriarch Theophilos
Distinguished US Senator French Hill, accompanied by his associates, visited the Patriarchate of Jerusalem this week, where he was received by Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem and Hagiotaphite Fathers.
He also met with representatives of the other Christian churches of Jerusalem.
On the occasion of the visit, Sen. Hill presented the Patriarch with an album entitled “Congregational Testimonies of Faith,” while the Patriarch of Jerusalem presented the senator with an icon of the Theotokos, the Virgin Mary, and a silver painting of Jerusalem.
