Feast day of the Holy Unmercenaries celebrated at Cathedral dedicated to the saints in Edessa

The feast day of Cosmas and Damian, the Holy Unmercenaries, was celebrated on Thursday at the Cathedral dedicated to the saints in the northern city of Edessa. A day earlier, the Holy Relic of St. Kallinikos, Bishop of Edessa, was reverently conveyed to the cathedral, followed by a con-celebratory Vespers officiated by the Bishop of Amorio, his Grace Nikiforos.
