Patriarch of Serbia con-celebrates Divine Liturgy at Church of the Transfiguration in Zagreb
The Patriarch of Serbia, His Holiness Porfirije, on the Sunday of the Blind Man con-celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Transfiguration in Zagreb, Croatia.
The Primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church and administrator of the Diocese of Zagreb-Ljubljana addressed the congregated faithful with a sermon, after reading from the Holy Gospel, in which he singled out the question that the Apostles asked the Lord: “…Who sinned, this man or his parents, which caused him to be born blind?”
A day later on Monday, Patriarch Porfirije received the ambassador of the Russian Federation to Croatia, Andrei Nesterenko, at the Diocese residence in Zagreb.
